The raffle works like this: Every check-in is assigned an identifying number, and those numbers are used for the raffle at the end. When guests pick up their phones, winners are told “congratulations your number was randomly selected” and given their prize. All you need to do is provide the prizes, we handle everything else. There’s no disruption during the party, just a fun surprise on the way out that has everyone talking! It makes check-in fun, adds excitement, and gives everyone something to look forward to.

We’re always on-site if someone needs their phone early , no problem.
However, the official checkout usually opens 20-30 minutes before the end of the event. That way, you stay eligible for the raffle or prize game, and everyone has time to grab their phone, arrange a ride, or take a selfie on the way out.
Each event has an on-site attendant who serves as the designated contact.
If a parent needs to reach their child, they simply text the number provided, the attendant handles the rest, discreetly and without disrupting the event.
