Booking Your Event
• How far in advance can I book?
You can reserve The Phone Valet up to 12 months ahead. The earlier, the better—especially for popular weekends and holidays.
• What’s included when I book?
Your package includes our signature phone check-in system, trained and polished attendants, and pre-event coordination using your guest list for a smooth, efficient setup.
• How do I lock in my date?
A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve your event. The balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We know things come up. Here’s our policy:
• 30+ days before event → Full deposit refund
• 15–29 days before event → 50% deposit refund
• Less than 15 days → Deposit is non-refundable
• Non-payment →
If your final balance isn’t paid 48 hours in advance, the booking is considered canceled. No services will be provided, and full payment is still required per the signed agreement.

• Our attendants run the process so hosts stay hands-free.
