How long does it take to check in all the phones?
It’s quick and efficient. Our trained attendants check in phones in just seconds. For larger events, we provide multiple attendants to keep the flow smooth.
Is there a way for guests to be contacted in case of an emergency?
Yes. There’s a direct line. The on-site attendant will be available for urgent calls or texts . Here’s a sample message for invitation updates:
"We’re excited to create a phone-free environment for this special occasion. Phones will be collected by The Phone Valet™, helping everyone stay present, whether kids or adults. If you need to stay reachable, our Valet Naya will be available to take urgent calls at" [insert number].
How far in advance do you think we should book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons and weekends. However, we're happy to accommodate last-minute requests if availability allows.
We get it , people love their selfies. But phones aren’t the only way.
Some hosts toss a few cameras around the room - disposable or digital. Others bring in a photo booth or a photographer. Guests still get their memories… without the distractions.

What if someone needs their phone back early?
We’re always on-site if someone needs their phone early , no problem.
However, the official checkout usually opens 30 minutes before the end of the event. That way, you stay eligible for the raffle or prize game, and everyone has time to grab their phone, arrange a ride, or take a selfie on the way out.
