What We ProvideOn your event date, The Phone Valet™ will:• Greet guests at a check-in station• Collect and securely store phones and mobile devices• Log each device with corresponding guest info• Return devices at the end of the event to their rightful ownerAll services will be performed by well-dressed, trained attendants using our check-in system. ⸻Payment Terms ( payment can be made via Zelle)• A deposit is required to secure your date• Final balance is due 48 hours before the event• Failure to pay in full by this time may result in cancellation of service, with the client still responsible for the full balance⸻Cancellation Policy• Cancel 30+ days before event = full deposit refund• Cancel 15–29 days before = 50% deposit refund• Cancel less than 15 days = deposit is non-refundable• No payment = no service (but you still owe full fee)⸻Additional Terms• Devices will be checked in and returned securely using The Phone Valet™ system.• Optional raffle may be included as part of the guest experience.• Attendants are trained and operate under the supervision of The Phone Valet™.• The Phone Valet™ is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.• All operational materials, systems, and branding remain the property of The Phone Valet™.• This contract is governed by Florida law.
