Can you check smartwatches, smart glasses, and cameras in addition to phones?
Yes. For private and NDA events, our attendants check in smartphones, smartwatches, camera-equipped smart glasses (such as Ray-Ban Meta glasses), and pocket cameras—storing a guest’s items together in a single padded compartment matched to their claim ticket.
Will The Phone Valet™ sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Absolutely. We regularly execute host, talent, and family-office NDAs prior to receiving venue addresses or call sheets, and we never photograph, post, or disclose client names or private locations.
How do you work with our private security or Executive Protection (EP) team?
We integrate directly with your head of security or estate manager during pre-event walkthroughs. Our station is typically positioned at the guest arrival threshold or Porte-Cochère so device check happens naturally alongside guest check-in.
Why is an attended phone valet safer for NDA events than camera stickers or locking pouches?
Stickers can be peeled off in seconds inside a dark room, and guests with locking pouches still have their devices on their person. Checking devices at the door guarantees zero recording hardware enters the event space.
What if a VIP guest or their driver needs to coordinate departure timing?
Our station is attended continuously right at the entrance/exit threshold. Guests can step out anytime to check a message, and our attendants can also monitor a dedicated house text line for chauffeurs and assistants.
