What if a guest is a physician at the Texas Medical Center and needs to be reachable?
We accommodate on-call doctors and urgent caregiver needs seamlessly. Our station is attended continuously just outside the ballroom, plus we provide a monitored emergency text line.
Do you offer ceremony-only phone check or full-event coverage?
Both! We can check phones just for your ceremony so your photographer gets unobstructed shots, or keep the station running all night so the dance floor stays packed.
