Do you charge travel fees for Fort Lauderdale or Broward County events?
No. Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Weston, Parkland, and all of Broward County are part of our primary South Florida home territory, served directly by our local white-glove team.
Can you set up at a marina gangway for a yacht event or charter?
Yes. Our modular station is compact and self-contained. We can stage dockside during guest boarding or inside the main salon entryway so devices are safely stowed before departure.
Are you approved and insured for Fort Lauderdale resorts and historic estates?
Yes. We carry $2M+ commercial general liability insurance and deliver customized Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Bonnet House, and all Broward country clubs.
What if a guest needs to check a message from a babysitter?
Guests can visit our attended station anytime during the evening to check their phone in seconds. Plus, hosts receive a dedicated emergency event line monitored continuously by our staff.
Can we do phone check only for the kids at a Bar or Bat Mitzvah?
Absolutely. Many Broward families have us check phones specifically for the teen guests at arrival—and we can even run a raffle at pick-up so every teen is excited to participate.
How early does your team arrive for setup?
We load in 90 minutes prior to doors and are fully staged in black-tie attire with white gloves at least 30 minutes before your first guest arrives.
