Can we check phones just for the wedding ceremony and return them for cocktail hour?
Yes! Ceremony-only service is one of our most popular wedding packages. Guests check their phones as they arrive for the ceremony and pick them right back up on their way into cocktail hour—or you can extend service through the full reception so the dance floor stays packed all night.
Why do luxury couples and planners prefer The Phone Valet™ over locking pouches?
At a black-tie or formal wedding, guests do not want to carry a heavy rubber locking pouch inside a tuxedo jacket or designer evening clutch—nor do they want to wait in a magnet-unlocking line at the end of the night. How do we let our wedding guests know ahead of time?
As soon as you reserve your date, we send you ready-to-use wording for your wedding website, details insert card, and pre-event welcome texts so guests arrive knowing what to expect.
What if a guest has a babysitter at home or is a physician on call?
Our station is attended the entire time, so any guest can step over and check their phone in seconds. In addition, every wedding includes our dedicated emergency event line that babysitters or family members can text anytime.
Can we hand out disposable or instant cameras at check-in?
Absolutely. Many couples provide disposable film cameras or Instax cameras at our station. When guests check in their phone, our white-gloved attendants hand them a camera so they can still capture candid memories without screen distraction.
Do you coordinate directly with our wedding planner and venue?
Yes. We work directly with your planner on arrival curves, floor plan placement, and load-in timing (90 minutes before doors), and we issue a $2M+ Certificate of Insurance naming your venue within 24 hours.
