How does the pick-up raffle work for Boca Raton Bar and Bat Mitzvahs?
Every teen receives a numbered luxury claim ticket when they check in their phone. At the end of the party as phones are returned, our attendants draw winning numbers for prizes you provide—making check-in and pick-up a highlight of the night.
Can you coordinate gate access and COIs for gated Boca country clubs?
Yes. We work regularly inside St. Andrews, Woodfield, Boca West, Royal Palm, and Broken Sound. We submit staff rosters for security gate clearance and provide $2M+ COIs in advance.
Do adults and teens both check their phones at a Mitzvah, or just the kids?
It is completely up to you. Some families make the entire ballroom phone-free, while others have us check in only the teen guests at the kids’ cocktail hour entrance.
How do parents reach their child if phones are checked?
First, parents are usually right inside the same ballroom! Second, our station is attended continuously just outside the doors so any guest can check a message in seconds, and we also provide a dedicated event text line.
Do you provide wording for our Mitzvah or wedding invitations?
Yes. As soon as you reserve your date, we send ready-to-use wording for your invitations, event website, and pre-event reminder texts so guests arrive knowing what to expect.
Are there any travel fees for Boca Raton or Delray Beach?
