Are you based locally in Miami?
Yes. The Phone Valet™ is headquartered in Miami Beach, FL. We serve all of Miami-Dade without travel fees and work regularly with Miami’s top luxury planners, production companies, and waterfront venues.
Can you provide a $2M+ Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Vizcaya, PAMM, or hotel ballrooms?
Yes. We carry comprehensive commercial general liability coverage ($2M+) and issue custom COIs naming Miami-Dade County, museum properties, or luxury hotels as additional insureds within 24 hours.
How do you handle outdoor terraces and coastal weather in Miami?
Our modular stations are self-contained and require zero venue power. We position our vault stations inside the climate-controlled foyer, porte-cochère, or covered loggia so devices stay cool, dry, and secure.
Do all guests have to check in their phones?
That’s up to you, and we’ll follow your lead. It can be the ceremony only, the teen ballroom while adults keep theirs, a VIP lounge, or the entire venue from arrival to departure.
What if a guest or parent needs to reach someone during the event?
Our station is attended all night so guests can step over and check their phone in seconds. Plus, every event includes a dedicated emergency text line that parents or babysitters can reach anytime.
How fast is check-in when 250+ guests arrive at once?
We staff 1 white-gloved attendant per 60–75 guests working in synchronized intake pairs. Check-in takes under 5 seconds per guest—faster than a standard coat check or valet.
